Testing, 1...2...

As I said in a previous post, I bought two new midi skirts from Topshop not so long ago.

So, basically, all I've been doing to day is trying to find some tops that look alright tucked into them. The top on the left I completely forgot I owned. And the one on the right is a favourite - The Fresh Prince of Bel Air print.

Might even rock one of them when me and John go to Leeds on Friday.

Head Over Heels.

So, about a month ago, I bought these beauties.
I wanted them last year, just before Christmas, but they were £49 and I couldn't afford them.
However, last month they were reduced to £14 and I couldn't resist. Even better, when I took them to the till, they were £11. I was so happy! They're so pretty and so comfy. No regrets!

They were from Debenhams, I don't know if they still have them in. However, I do know that they're on Amazon for about £20.

Walk tall, people.

Woes of a 3rd Year University Student.

3rd year.

What an absolute ball of stress. If that even makes sense.

I hate the fact that we're so close to the end, but so far, with SO much work to do.

I've got my dissertation and 4 essays to do, all in the space of about 3 months. Not good.

Partially, it's my own fault. I've not planned my time like I should have. Instead, I've been spending my loan on clothes that I never wear, because I never end up going anywhere.

Although, I'm off to see Milton Jones on Wednesday, then Stan and me are off to Leeds on Friday for a belated Valentine's night away. I can't wait for the break. After that, I'm in full degree mode. Getting as much work done as I can before the Easter holidays, so I have two weeks to just bomb through my dissertation. I'm quite looking forward to getting on to my analysis, but my tutor has left half way through the year and my new tutor seems, well, next to useless. So, that's panicking me a bit.

Anyway, I'll be around to discuss upcoming woes and worries.

Stay in school.

I can rock a midi skirt too.

So, it's taken a while, but I've finally found the perfect midi skirt for me. From Topshop of all places, and in the tall section. I have so much love for any shop that is the distributor of clothes for those people who are not of midget height. The one I have on in the photo is a petrol blue color, but thanks to the joys of a small changing room, an iPod camera and Instagram you can't see so well. I also made the bold decision to buy the skirt in black, because let's face it. You can never have too many black skirts.

So, those are the skirts. Topshop £20.
(Which for Topshop, I thought was quite bargainous!)
The top I have tucked in is from River Island. It's a oversized tshirt. One of my personal favourite styles, because even if you're having a fat day, you have something that doesn't make you feel worse. Well, they don't make me feel worse anyway.
Unfortunately, it's no longer online, so I can't show you the proper picture.
Finally, I completed the outfit with my trusty "leather" jacket. Favourite thing, because it literally goes with everything in my wardrobe.
Black tights and my black domino converse were my finishing touches.

Hope you like it.

See, chubby girls can rock bodycon, midi skirts too!

Lacklustre blogging.

My sincerest apologies for my lack of updates.

It's not even that I've not had the time. I've just lost all motivation to do everything; not the best timing as my dissertation is due in April. GAH!

However, I am going to try my utmost to update this blog more regularly and not just with OOTDs. I vow to include other things like dieting, recipes, make up, university and general goings-on.

So, yes, I may even do an OOTD for you now :)

Peace out.
